Abstract

Four aryl Co and Fe complexes, (F 4 C 5 N)CoCl(PMe 3 ) 3 (1), (F 4 C 5 N)Fe(PMe 3 ) 4 (2), (F 5 C 6 )CoCl(PMe 3 ) 3 (3) and (F 4 C 5 )FeCl(PMe 3 ) 3 (4), were synthesized from the reactions of 3-chloro-2,4,5,6-tetrafluoro-pyridine and chloropentafluorobenzene with Co(PMe 3 ) 4 and Fe(PMe 3 ) 4 , respectively.
