Abstract
This article explores the integration of 6G technology in intelligent healthcare, focusing on crucial security and privacy concerns amidst the growing demand for advanced solutions driven by aging populations. Recognizing the potential of 6G's high bandwidth, low latency, and enhanced security features, this article proposes a multi-layered security and privacy framework incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and distributed ledger technology to safeguard sensitive patient data within the 6G ecosystem. This holistic framework addresses potential vulnerabilities in emerging 6G healthcare applications, such as holographic telepresence and digital twin technology, by implementing robust encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms. Furthermore, the article examines the transformative impact of 6G on these applications, enabling real-time remote diagnosis and personalized treatment plans with enhanced security and privacy.
