Abstract
A hydrogen bonding strategy is proposed to stabilize *NO 2 intermediates to improve the activity of the NO 3 − reduction reaction. The optimal DiMe-Cu 3 -MOF shows high NH 3 faradaic efficiency (95%) and large partial current density of −950.6 mA cm −2 .
