Abstract

HRTEM image of Cu0.4SbTe thin film showing the presence of amorphous CuSbTe and crystallite of Sb 2 Te 3 , the Cu0.4SbTe is grown on flexible Nylon fiber which provides output voltage of 18.4 mV at a temperature gradient of 30 K.
