Abstract
Schizophrenia is a psychotic condition that affects an individual's areas of functioning, including thinking, communicating, receiving, interpreting reality, feeling and expressing emotions as well as a chronic illness characterized by chaotic thoughts, delusions, hallucinations and strange behavior. Hallucinations are false perceptual distortions that occur in maladaptive neurobiological responses, sufferers actually experience sensory distortions as real things and respond accordingly. The research method used was a case study using the psikiatric nursing care to Ms. N interference with sensory perseption: auditory hallucination regional mental hospital in Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem. Obtained data on clients experiencing sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations. The medical diagnosis of the client is paranoid schizophrenia. With nursing diagnoses of auditory hallucinations, social isolation and self-care deficits. The results of the analysis show that nursing interventions using implementing strategies (SP) can reduce signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients after nursing actions are given.
