Abstract
High-gain and low-power operation is prime requirement of transimpedance amplifier(TIA) for low current sensing applications. However, achieving high gain of TIA is crucial task using CMOS devices owing to limitation of noisepower budget. This research study has proposed an integrator-differentiator based TIA targeted for nano-pore current sensing which is implemented in 0.18 $\mu$m technology. The proposed circuit emulates a gain of 184.17 dB$\Omega$, input referred current noise of5.79 nA, bandwidth of10.18 kHz and power dissipation of S7.30 $\mu$W at ± 0.9 V. The proposed TIA can also be used in various other applications like spectroscopy, electrophysiology and optical fiber communication.
