Abstract
application in patients with metastatic lung cancer reveals the progressive emergence of a novel tumor subpopulation. LiquidCNA is straightforward to use, is computationally inexpensive, and enables continuous monitoring of subclonal evolution to understand and control-therapy-induced resistance.
