Abstract
An artificial monooxygenase Cu(I)W–TPT was synthesized from Cu(I), photosensitizer and electronic sponge [P 2 W 18 O 62 ] 6− , which gave an excellent yield and selectivity in the phenylboronic acid oxidation with the generated ˙O 2 − through Type I partway.
