Abstract
The sulfonic acid grafted porous organic nitrogen-containing polymer (PDVTA-SO<sub>3</sub>H) exhibited excellent catalytic activity in the synthesis of 5-ethoxymethylfurfural (EMF) from 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF).
