Abstract

corneal and conjunctival retention of these liposomes were examined using the fluorescence flow-through method. Maleimide-decorated liposomes exhibited the best retention performance on bovine conjunctiva compared to other types of liposomes studied. Poor retention of all liposomal formulations was observed on bovine cornea.
