Core-level reference spectra for bulk graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4)
David Morgan
Abstract
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to characterize a graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) sample synthesized by the high temperature treatment of urea. Core-level C(1s) and N(1s) spectra are presented to aid fitting of such materials and address inconsistencies noted within published research literature.
