Abstract
-test and receiver operating characteristic method, to determine the Raman features of these 22 strains and demonstrate the clear identification of most bacteria (20 strains) from the rest and also the reliability of this SERS sensor. This rapid and specific strategy for wide-range bacterial detection offers significant advantages over existing approaches and sets the base for automated and onsite detection of pathogenic bacteria in a complex real-life situation.
