Abstract
/COX-2 inhibitors; erlotinib, and celecoxib, respectively. Finally, the physicochemical parameter was calculated for the most potent novel anticancer candidates and the SwissAdme parameter showed that the newly synthesized compounds have good drug-likeness properties.
