The follow-up data of nine subjects who completed the trial were wrongly replaced by the baseline data of those subjects who did not attend the final visit. The Per-Protocol analysis was changed to the Intention-To-Treat analysis to amend this problem and the data given in Table 3, 4, and 5 have been changed accordingly:
