A high-performance NiO/TiO<sub>2</sub> UV photodetector: the influence of the NiO layer position

Abstract
The influence of NiO layer position in NiO/TiO 2 hybrid detectors has been studied. Both devices show highly selective absorption in the ultraviolet range. The D-NT PD showed a low dark current, a high on/off ratio and self-powered performance.
