Abstract
Die Einschätzung der aktuellen Pandemielage richtet sich überwiegend nach binären Variablen, z. B. der Mortalität. Langfristig werden wir auch mit den vielen Patienten konfrontiert sein, die milde oder moderate Infektionsverläufe hatten, aber dennoch funktionelle Einbußen behalten. Die Arbeitsgruppe um Klok meint, dass sich ihre Ordinalskala für die Beurteilung der Lebensbeeinträchtigung nach COVID-19 eignet.
