Abstract

This paper presents the technical parameters of an online nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer in a mechatronic programmable complex and methods of express control of the production process of emulsion fuels and the properties of emulsions of oil residues- wastewater, which can be used as new energy sources of power plants. The article considers the forces acting on water droplets in the emulsion during the technological process, and the temperature dependences of the relaxation times of water and oil, proton populations and activation energies of molecular movements of water and oil in oil-water emulsions were studied and their behavior was interpreted.
