Abstract

A S atom and cyano group co-modified carbon nitride was synthesized for alcohol-free H 2 O 2 generation paired with simultaneous contaminant treatment. S atoms facilitate oxygen adsorption and cyano groups lead to the promotion of H + adsorption.
