Analysis of Typical Electric Power Facilities Requiring Remote Monitoring
Olga Y. Morozova
Abstract
currently for remote monitoring frame and singlebeam television systems are being used. They both, however, have some operational limits. During frame-by-frame exposure of moving objects, for example, blurring of images is happening, as well as complete loss of its measuring characteristics.Such systems have limited perspective which leads to lowering of the spatial resolution and losing of accuracy in diagnosis. Additionally to it, a significant weakness of many remote monitoring facilities is their dependence on weather conditions, season, and time.Possibility to get needed information in any period of time is capital to provide only radio and television facilities.
