Abstract

A “turn-on” NaYF 4 :Yb/Ho upconversion nanoprobe for the detection of cTnI is developed, in which AuNP is incorporated facilitating FRET mechanism. The probe exhibits appreciable sensitivity towards cTnI sensing in human serum.
