Abstract

Early recognition and treatment are essential in maximizing developmental outcomes in children with congenital SNHL. Because imaging plays an integral role in identifying underlying causes of SNHL, it is imperative that radiologists be able to recognize, describe, and appropriately categorize the spectrum of congenital inner ear malformations in children.
