Abstract
The ternary component consisting of SnO 2 nanowires/Pd–NiO nanorods is employed to enhance the acetone gas sensor performance utilizing the synergistic effects of the p–n heterojunction between the p-type NiO and the n-type SnO 2 , as well as the catalytic spillover effect of Pd nanoparticles.
