A narrative study on extra pharmacopeial drugs used in Ayurveda

Abstract
It is observed that the traditional medicine is practiced by various tribes. This Traditional knowledge covers more experience about the utility of the traditional medicine in huge number of disease. hence knowledge about, adverse effects and herb drug interaction etc. is very necessary to add new plant to existing pharmacopeia and also to analyse their organoleptic characters, physicochemical standardisation, secondary metabolite screening and HPTLC, DNA fingerprinting. Will definitely contribute a lot.
