High proton conductivity in Nb<sup>5+</sup>-doped BaScO<sub>2.5</sub>

Abstract
We report high bulk proton conductivity ( e.g. , 0.01 S cm −1 at 320 °C) of pentavalent donor doped BaScO 2.5 , BaSc 0.75 Nb 0.25 O 2.75 , which is ascribed to high proton concentration and high proton diffusion coefficient due to the reduced proton trapping.
