Meniscal ramp lesions are injuries commonly found in the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)-injured knee. They are tears of the red-red zone of the posterior horn, the meniscocapsular ligament, and/or the meniscotibial ligament They were originally described by Hamberg et al.
