Modelling and analyzing the glass-like heat transfer behavior of rare-earth doped alkaline earth fluoride crystals

Abstract
Based on the “three-stage” heat transfer behavior of rare-earth doped CaF 2 crystals, numerical models at different stages for the thermal conductivity of rare earth doped fluorides are proposed to study the mechanism of glass-like heat conduction.
