Abstract
Selective formation of low-symmetry Tri22Tri 2 via dynamic covalent chemistry was achieved. Solvent choice enabled kinetic or thermodynamic control, directing assembly towards Tri22Tri 2 or high-symmetry Tri 4 Tri 4 cages.
