The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has developed a test bed for these behaviors under its Game Changing Developments Plume Surface Interactions project, and has undertaken testing at the Marshall Space Flight Center to address critical data needs. This manuscript provides a high-level overview of the testing and its associated data.
