Abstract

Employing the newly developed, hepta-dentate tris(aryloxide) ligand cyclen(Me)( t -Bu, t -Bu ArOH) 3 provides controlled access to the first U( iv / v ) hydroxido and U( iv / v / vi ) oxido complex pairs in a retained ligand environment.
