Abstract
the world is taking rapid steps towards clean energy and getting rid of the control of traditional energy consumption. Energy system optimization results from the regionally tend to create new models as a modern initiative to save the globe from carbon. This integrated assessment model is utilized to inspect the energy technology requirements for meeting a stringent global climate policy that achieves sustainable development. The research relied on the descriptive-analytical approach based on data and statistics collected from United Nations reports and statistics of ESCWA, OPEC, and some references to review solid research in the literature. The findings of this study confirm the need to increase the awareness of the changing the existing technological pattern to suit the alternative source of energy, and this may cost burdens of additional costs to create a pattern of technology that is compatible with the devices and equipment that must be provided with the alternative source. Also, OPEC occupies an important position and is responsible for funding research on developing renewable energy and production.
