Abstract

Extraordinary photocatalytic hydrogen evolution is achieved on methylammonium lead iodide perovskites by introducing a dynamic Cu/(CuI 2 ) − couple as the electron/energy relay station and the Pt co-catalyst as the charge/energy-releasing promotor.
