Abstract

Here, we report gas-quenched quasi-2D (GA)(MA) 5 Pb 5 I 16 perovskites for single junction solar cells and monolithic-silicon tandem solar cells. This is the first time quasi-2D (GA)(MA) 5 Pb 5 I 16 perovskite cells have been tested with proton beams, showing excellent tolerance. A representative tandem cell also passed the IEC 61215 Thermal Cycling Test (−40 °C ↔ 85 °C) twice, retaining 95.0% of its initial PCE after 400 cycles.
