Thermodynamic calculation of the ionic conductivity of LiPON glasses and solid electrolytes

Abstract
A method to predict the ionic conductivity of LiPON solid electrolytes is presented which is based on thermodynamic modelling of the formation of oxynitride compounds in the system Li 2 O–P 2 O 5 –P 3 N 5 .
