Abstract

In recent years discrete memristors have attracted the attention of researchers, but the current research stays on discrete first-order memristors, and there is little research on discrete second-order memristors. This paper designs a discrete second-order memristor and gives the analog circuit, which provides a new way for the design of a discrete memristor model. And the new memristor model is coupled with a one-dimensional sine map to obtain a three-dimensional chaotic map. The chaotic properties of one-dimensional sine map are improved. The dynamical analysis reveals that the new map has rich dynamical behaviors and high complexity. Finally, the map is verified to be realizable by DSP implementation, which provides a reference for the application of the map in academic and industrial fields.
