Abstract
Luminescent metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have emerged as interesting materials due to their excellent photophysical and photochemical properties. Herein, we report the synthesis of a Zn‐based MOF AnDBP MOF derived from anthracenedicarboxylic ligand and dipyridyl boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) chromophore. The single‐crystal structure of AnDBP MOF showed a noninterpenetrated network structure with zinc metal binding the ligands in an octahedral fashion. The AnBDP MOF showed efficient energy transfer between the linkers and also displayed excellent photocatalytic properties.
