Abstract

The article examines the implementation of pedagogical models based on neurodidactics in faculties of education, integrating neuroscience and pedagogy to improve the teaching-learning process. Through a literature review in academic databases such as Scopus and WoS, it was identified that neurodidactics optimizes the methodological effectiveness of future teachers by applying strategies aligned with neurocognitive processes, such as attention and memory. In addition, it favors educational inclusion by addressing individual differences through adaptive techniques and the use of technologies. However, significant challenges remain, such as the lack of teacher training in neuroscience, institutional resistance to change and limited resources. It is concluded that successful implementation of these models requires institutional commitment to promote continuous training, resource allocation, and innovation-oriented educational policies. This study provides practical recommendations for integrating neurodidactics into higher education, improving educational quality and student learning.
