Application of Chatbots with Artificial Intelligence in Accounting

Abstract
The global development of chatbots with AI is radically changing social processes, the filling element of which is social and economic information. The procedure of using chatbots with AI for carrying out consulting of accounting specialists on taking into account permanent changes in legislation, internal and external conditions of functioning of enterprises was investigateed. The accounting tools have been improved using chatbots with AI. An information model for training and adapting chatbots to the specific functioning of a particular enterprise has been developed, taking into account the list of mandatory educational information. Changes to the regulatory documents regarding the company’s accounting policy for legitimization of the use of AI chatbots have been proposed. A decrease in the number of jobs is forecasted as a result of the utilization of chatbots with AI. The use of the author’s proposals contributes to the automation of routine accounting functions, the minimization of errors and manipulations, the distancing of the performance of duties and the increase of the prestige of the accounting profession.
