Abstract

A surface treatment of PEDOT:PSS layer with [PNA]BF 4 is employed to realize vertically homogeneous distribution of Sn/Pb-containing perovskite films through balancing its crystallization rate and achieving chemical encapsulation of the acidic PEDOT:PSS substrate.
