Abstract
For a tandem electrode of (Cu 7 /Ag 3 ) 7 -Ru 3 /C, the (Cu 7 /Ag 3 ) 7 heterostructure maximized the formation of NO 2 − , and Ru nanoparticles exhibited excellent NO 2 − adsorption and water dissociation, facilitating the hydrogenation of NO 2 − and avoiding the HER.
