Research progress on the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue

Abstract
Coal gangue, a bulk solid waste generated in coal mining, is likewise a nonrenewable mineral resource, the long-term storage of coal gangue damages the ecological balance, endangers people’s health, and harms the human survival environment. There, it is of enormous practical significance and value to investigate and explore the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue. After reading a lot of literature and related materials, we extracted and summarized the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, reviewed the technical progress of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue in the construction industry, coal reprocessing and mineral recovery of coal gangue, agriculture, extraction and fine utilization of valuable components, coal gangue filling and reclamation, and prospects the future development and comprehensive utilization of coal gangue. To provide a reference for the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.
