Abstract

Ni/β-Ni(OH) 2 enables better HER performance than Ni/α-Ni(OH) 2 in alkaline solution/alkaline seawater. Moreover, the Ni/β-Ni(OH) 2 also manifest better hydrazine oxidation reaction activity than Ni/α-Ni(OH) 2 for hydrazine-assisted water splitting.
