Abstract

Nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus (NIBV) induced renal endoplasmic reticulum stress in chickens. NIBV infection induced kidney apoptosis in chickens. GRP78/PERK/ATF-4 signaling pathway is potentially related to renal apoptosis induced by NIBV.
