Abstract

The tandem internal electric field constructed by nanotubular Fe 2 O 3 /Fe 3 O 4 /In 2 O 3 heterojunction leads to effective carrier separation and redistribution, via which the OER activation barrier could be optimized with enhanced PEC performance.
