Abstract

The thermoelectric output power of the Bi<sub>0.5</sub>Sb<sub>1.5</sub>Te<sub>3</sub>/SrTiO<sub>3</sub> heterostructure can be greatly enhanced by the synergetic effect between film and substrate.
