Lead-free halide Cs<sub>2</sub>MnCl<sub>4</sub>:Cu<sup>+</sup> as a new phosphor for efficient green light emission

Abstract

A new green light-emitting phosphor with a PLQY of 70% was prepared by doping Cu + into Cs 2 MnCl 4 . The WLED packaged by mixing commercial red and blue phosphors with Cs 2 MnCl 4 :0.1Cu + , exhibits a high CRI ( R a = 93) and low CCT (4080 K).
