Abstract
The environmental bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa , particularly multidrug-resistant clones, is often associated with nosocomial infections and outbreaks. Today, core genome multilocus sequence typing (cgMLST) is frequently applied to delineate sporadic cases from nosocomial transmissions.
