Abstract
In this article the possibility of adding dynamic change of laser radiation parameters in the process of laser welding is considered. The introduction of such beam adaptability should improve the quality of welding, as any welding blanks have fluctuations in the thickness of the welded seam. The aim of this study is to develop a model of adaptive laser welding process. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to choose a laser source, a robotic complex, to develop a solution for measuring the thickness of the material, to establish the dependence of laser radiation parameters on the depth of propagation, to create a database of constants for various materials, to develop and implement an algorithm of work of the program. The results of the research are given in this article. Such a technology will ensure the possibility of using welding workpieces of different thicknesses, which in theory can significantly expand the technological capabilities of this process
