Abstract

We demonstrated InCl 3 modified SnO 2 as ETL in Sb 2 Se 3 solar cells. InCl 3 post-treatment blocked the downward diffusion of Se and improved the quality of the SnO 2 /Sb 2 Se 3 heterojunction. Thus, a Cd-free Sb 2 Se 3 solar cell achieved a PCE of 5.52%.
