Abstract

to styrenes in yields up to 91% and with a broad substrate scope. The absorption, emission, redox potential and photocatalytic activity were dependent on the substituents on the phpz ligand. Mechanistic studies supported an atom-transfer radical addition (ATRA) mechanism.
