Abstract

The present case study demonstrates the effective use of a Quad'helix appliance in combination with Class III mechanics for the treatment of a growing skeletal Class III malocclusion. The patient was a 10-year-old girl who had an anterior crossbite as her main complaint. Clinical examination revealed a skeletal Class III malocclusion with a retrusive maxilla.
